These terms govern your use of Mistro. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

The service

Mistro is in beta. Features may change, and the service may be interrupted or discontinued. It is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and on the devices you connect to it. Keep access to your email and devices secure.

Your content and connected accounts

You keep ownership of everything you bring to Mistro. You grant us only the rights needed to store, process, and display it to provide the service. Actions agents take in connected accounts are taken on your instruction, and you are responsible for reviewing them.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Mistro to break the law, infringe others’ rights, access systems you aren’t authorized to, or disrupt the service. Your use of third-party services through Mistro, including Anthropic and any connected accounts, is also subject to their terms.

Ending your use

You can stop using Mistro and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mistro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use Mistro after that means you accept the new terms.
